Fare Reform - Zone A

How are you affected?

Since July 1st 2023

  • Launching all the All modes fares in 24-hour and 3-day formats.
  • Launching the Bus fares in 24-hour and 3-day formats.

Since July 1st 2022

  • STM, TRAM 1, 2 and 3, and TRAIN 1 and 2 fares are no longer available. These fares have been replaced by the All Modes A or All Modes AB fare.
  • The TRAIN 3 fare is still available for train travel only within and between zones A and B.
  • You need to purchase an All Modes AB fare for metro travel between zone A (Agglomeration of Montréal) and zone B (Laval or Agglomeration of Longueuil)

Good to know

Before choosing your fare, make sure it is valid in the zone you are departing from, the zone(s) you will travel through and the zone you will arrive in.

All Modes A

This fare allows you to travel within zone A by bus, train, metro and REM.

All Modes AB

This fare allows you to travel within and between zones A and B by bus, train, metro and REM.

Are you travelling by metro between zone A (Agglomeration of Montréal) and zone B (Laval or Agglomeration of Longueuil)? You need this fare.

All Modes ABC

This fare allows you to travel within and between zones A, B and C by bus, train, metro and REM.

All Modes ABCD

This fare allows you to travel within and between zones A, B, C and D by bus, train, metro and REM.

Bus

This fare allows you to travel only by bus within and between zones A, B and C.

Unlimited Evening and Unlimited Weekend

These fares allow unlimited travel anywhere within and between zones A, B, C and D by bus, metro, train and REM during the validity period of the pass.

These fares are being replaced by the All Modes A fare, with the exception of TRAM 3, which is being replaced by the All Modes AB fare.

Do you take the metro, train, bus or REM, once in service, for trips by metro and/or train between zone A (Agglomeration of Montréal) and zone B (Laval or Agglomeration of Longueuil)? You should purchase the All Modes AB fare.
